Karry brings over 30 years of experience in public education, specializing in Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS), Social Emotional Learning (SEL), behavior management, systems alignment, and special education. She spent a decade teaching in various elementary school positions before transitioning into leadership, where she spent more than 20 years serving in roles such as elementary principal, director of special education services, and assistant superintendent within the Binghamton City School District.

Karry’s work is deeply rooted in her unwavering belief that every child possesses the talent and potential to succeed, especially when provided with the right support in a safe and engaging environment. Throughout her career, she has remained committed to ensuring all students have access to the tools and resources necessary to thrive.
