The Positive Mindset Journal was created during the COVID-19 pandemic to help you express and process your feelings, experiences, and worries. During stressful times, you are more at risk of developing health and mental health issues, as well as experiencing overwhelm and burnout.
The writing prompts and exercises in this journal are designed to move you from the chaos in your life to a place of gratitude,
positive thinking, and an inner sense of calm, all of which will increase your resilience.
Everything, from the art and design, to the paper and printing, utilized the services of local businesses within our community. A portion of the proceeds will be donated to non-profit organizations which serve at-risk children.
