The partnerships and collaboration between schools and families are crucial for student success. Our webinar series was developed with the goal of empowering parents and caregivers with information, strategies and connection in order to ease some of the stresses of raising a child in today's world.

The Parents as Partners Webinar Series offers 10 live webinars with recordings available until the end of June! We have brought back some of the most popular topics from previous years, but there are also several new topics and additional presenters, all of whom bring a tremendous amount of knowledge and experience to share with families. Many districts have used the series to meet the ESSA requirement to connect with families, and our goal is to make this a seamless process. We have done all of the planning and legwork... all you need to do is let us know you'd like to participate, and we will do the rest!

General Information

How does the webinar series work?

The webinar series is purchased at the district level, providing access to all families and staff. The package includes 10 live webinars along with access to recordings.

When are the live webinars held?

All live webinars take place at 6:30 PM EST. Your district will distribute a flyer with specific dates and titles. This flyer can also be found on our website.

Will recordings be available if I miss a session?

Yes. Recordings are available. If you pre-register, you will receive the recording link and passcode the following evening after the live webinar. If you did not pre-register and need a recording link/passcode, please reach out to your district representative. Recordings can be accessed through the end of the school year.

Registration & Access

Can I register for the entire series at once?

No, you will need to register for each webinar separately using the registration link provided by your district.

How do I register?

Districts will distribute the registration links. Please use the link to register through zoom.

Can registration links be shared on social media?

No. Registration links are for internal district use only and should not be shared publicly.

Can districts share information with parents/caregivers ahead of time?

Yes. Districts are encouraged to share webinar details in advance and send reminders prior to each session. Districts will receive a marketing package that will include a Marketing flyer, social media graphics (FB, IG), Jennifer Bashant’s Bio, Tips for increasing participation, Webinar Titles/Registration Links.

Session Access & Recordings

I haven’t received a recording yet—what should I do?

Recordings are typically distributed after each session. If there is a delay, please check your spam/junk email folder. If the recording link is not there, please contact your district representative who will have the link/passcode.

Can I access earlier session recordings?

Yes. All recordings remain available for the duration of the school year. Contact your district if you need specific links.
