Kristen brings a blend of creativity, organization, and client-centered service to her role at Building Better Futures. With experience as a Business Manager and Creative Virtual Assistant supporting entrepreneurs and small businesses, she is thrilled to contribute her skills to the BBF team.

Kristen thrives in roles where she can connect directly with clients while keeping operations running seamlessly behind the scenes. She has a passion for designing beautiful flyers, graphics, and websites, and she loves helping small businesses elevate their brand and streamline their processes—all while enjoying the flexibility of working from home.

Before transitioning into the creative and administrative space, Kristen spent much of her career as a Recreation Director in skilled nursing facilities. There, she honed her organizational and project management skills by planning and executing meaningful activities and large-scale events for residents, families, and staff. Most importantly, she valued the deep connections she built with residents and their families during some of life’s most challenging chapters, always striving to enhance their quality of life and overall wellbeing.

Outside of work, Kristen is a devoted mom to her twelve-year-old son and her playful puppy, Leo. She enjoys reading, crafting, interior decorating, and spending relaxing days at the beach.
